About the course
This course provides rehabilitation professionals with a comprehensive understanding of SPINEFITTER as a powerful clinical tool for improving patient outcomes. Participants will explore the science of breathing, learn practical assessment techniques, and develop strategies for integrating diaphragmatic breathing, paced breathing, and autonomic nervous system regulation into rehabilitation programs. Special emphasis is placed on the use of Spinefitter as a rehabilitation tool to facilitate thoracic mobility, postural awareness, rib cage expansion, relaxation, and improved breathing mechanics. Through a combination of evidence-based principles and hands-on applications, clinicians will learn how to leverage Spinefitter interventions to reduce stress, improve movement quality, enhance recovery, and support long-term patient self-management across a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and performance populations.
